Hummus with roasted garlic via LRF
So cute!
I made some homemade crunchy peanut butter.
I roasted about 750g of whole organic peanuts and turned them into a lovely, gooey spread after about 5-8 minutes of blending in the food processor. I then chucked in a few nuts which I left until the end to give it some chunky, crunchy pieces. 100% organic whole peanuts. No added salt, no added oil, nothing else.
I’ve gone ahead and topped some fresh dates with it and it tastes divine. A bit naughty though as it’s quite high fat but it could be worse. This would also work nicely on some rice cakes too.
