My love for Indian food is as wide as a Paper Dosa: A Vegan Indian meal of Paper Dosa with Andhra Style Beetroot, Cabbage and Masala curry, served with Sambar, Chutney, Kulambu and Mango-Ginger dessert
Today during my lunch hour I travelled from my workplace to Little India in search of the best dosa in Singapore, and my god, it was worth it. Of all Indian carbohydrates, Dosa is perhaps the healthiest as an oil-free lentil and rice flour (and so gluten-free) Indian crepe, and is eaten with nutrient-filled beetroot, cabbage and the spiciest, most delicious curries. I seriously wanted to make a facebook life event for this awesome meal.

Anonymous said: Adolf Hitler was a vegetarian.
Except that he almost definitely wasn’t. And Einstein was. And Newton was. And Da Vinci was.
And if he had been, so what? Hitler wore socks. Are we to say that all people who wear socks are Hitler? He had a dog. Are all dog owners Hitler? He liked to paint. Are all painters Hitler?
Meanwhile, Pol Pot ate meat. Genghis Khan ate meat. Stalin ate meat. I’m assuming you’re willing to draw comparisons between yourself and these people, yes?
Try harder, buddy.
Chocolate banana smoothie topped with strawberries and cherries
The ending of my fully raw day, yay! Homemade mango salsa (mango, jalapeño, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic) with fresh sweet corn and romaine taco shells! Yummy yummy 😋
Was doing yoga to help my hair dry faster but ended up just looking like a mop
